Great composition can hypnotize the audience. But as a beginner, certainly not as easy as it can get a good composition, we need lots of practice to make good photos. There are some basic techniques in photography composition. In this article I will share about Diagonal Line.

Diagonal Line is not the actual line, but the object in the show resembles a diagonal line that divides the picture. Lines may be either rows of power pole, curve of the river, leaves, etc. These lines can extend from the lower left corner to upper right or lower right to upper left and vice versa. Let the object image is formed by natural pattern so it does not look stiff like a hard line.

Diagonal lines are more dynamic. This line will give breath to the composition so that it felt more alive. When you exploit the exact diagonal lines in the picture you will get a very interesting.
